Late Ram Prasidh Singh was one of the most prominent and sophisticated person. He was born at Balwa village in the district of Saran Bihar. He was a farmer visionary and distinguish personality who always tried to impart quality education among the people of his locality. He was king interested educationist. That is why a college was established on his name Ram Prasad Singh College. His notion was to provide quality education in his locality. He is the only person who provided quality and value based education and remove the darkness from the area of Balwa and Nautan region. Late Sri Brija Singh was one of the most distinguished scholar of Deoriya. He was born Dehari, a village of the district Deoriya (UP). He was a great philosopher thinker and an educationist of his time. In the beginning he started his career as a businessman but later on he became a social activist. He had a dream to open an institution for imparting quality and mannerful education to the people of his region who were facing much challenges of life due to illiteracy.
